The CHRTS-150S Touch Screen Dual Rockwell Hardness Tester represents a new generation of intelligent hardness testing instruments.
It adopts a closed-loop servo loading control system, ensuring high precision and stability.
The device features automatic loading, dwell, and unloading of the test force, eliminating manual error and ensuring consistent results.
The cast aluminum body with automotive-grade baked enamel coating offers strength, durability, and a modern appearance.
The tester supports all Rockwell and Superficial Rockwell scales, automatic curve correction, data statistics, and test record printing.
Equipped with an 8-inch color touchscreen, built-in printer, and USB interface, the CHRTS-150S provides easy data output and on-screen hardness conversion between Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers scales.
It fully complies with ASTM E18, ISO 6508, and EN 10109 international standards.
